Hi, I’m Dr. Gabby — but you can just call me Gabby. I’m a Doctor of Chiropractic, 500-hour trained Pilates instructor, Pilates teacher trainer, former competitive bodybuilder, and lifelong wellness nerd. At ALIGN, I blend chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, shockwave, and Pilates-based rehabilitation into one personalized experience because I don’t believe in treating pain without understanding the bigger picture.
My approach centers on finding the root cause of your complaint, building a plan around your body and your life, and getting you better in as few visits as possible. I work with a wide range of patients including pregnant and postpartum women, youth and professional athletes, active individuals, and anyone ready to stop managing their pain and truly resolve it.
With a background as both a clinician and an athlete, I bring a genuine understanding of what it means to ask your body to perform. I've had the privilege of treating patients in some extraordinary settings: backstage at the San Diego Ballet, arena-side at rodeos, on the sidelines at football games, and at the finish line of races across California. Every one of those experiences has shaped how I think about movement, recovery, and what the body is capable of when it's truly cared for.
Originally from Florida and having practiced in both San Francisco and San Diego, I'm now rooted in Fresno, practicing out of Beehive Wellness Collective in Old Fig Garden. I couldn't be more excited to bring this level of care to the Central Valley community.
I believe movement is medicine. My approach is comprehensive and whole-body focused because the body functions as an interconnected system and not in isolation. Rather than chasing symptoms, I focus on identifying the root cause of dysfunction, restoring movement and function, and empowering patients with the tools they need to take an active role in their recovery. The body is remarkably resilient and capable of healing when given the right support.
