Your first visit is up to 75 minutes. Dr. Gabby will review your intake forms and history, complete a thorough orthopedic and movement assessment, and get you treated in that same session. You won't just be assessed and sent home.
From there, she'll build a comprehensive, all-inclusive care plan focused on getting you better as quickly and in as few visits as possible. Follow-up sessions are fully tailored and may include any combination of:
- Chiropractic adjustments
- Soft tissue therapy (cupping, scraping, myofascial release)
- Shockwave therapy
- Pilates & strength-based rehab exercises
- Kinesiology taping
- NormTec Boot therapy

Yes! You are always welcome to bring your baby or little ones. We totally understand that childcare is not always an option, and parents more than anyone deserve to feel their best so that they can show up best for their kids.
Out of courtsey for the other providers, we do require that any children remain in the treatment room with you and remain supervised at all times - even if that means being held by Dr. Gabby while Mom's on the reformer during her Private Pilates session :)
Not at all. Private Pilates sessions at ALIGN are one-on-one and designed entirely around your needs, whether you've never stepped on a reformer or you're a seasoned mover. Dr. Gabby will meet you exactly where you are and build from there.
Come in comfortable, exercise-appropriate clothing. Grippy socks are required on the reformer. If you don't have a pair, we'll provide them at no cost.
We are a private pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. We accept all major credit cards and all FSA/HSA accounts.
As an out-of-network provider, our treatment decisions are driven entirely by what's best for you, not what an insurance company has decided to cover. That means more time, more tools, and a plan built around your actual needs.
We also find that with a root-cause approach, most patients need fewer total visits, which means you're often saving both time and money compared to ongoing, symptom-management care elsewhere.
If your plan covers out-of-network providers, you may request a Superbill from our office to submit for potential reimbursement. You are responsible for requesting the Superbill and submitting it to your insurance company directly.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations and reschedules made outside of the 48-hour window are always hassle-free and charge-free.
For cancellations within the 48-hour window, here's how it works:
- Cancelled within 48 hours — 50% of the session fee will be charged to the card on file
- Cancelled within 24 hours or no-show — the full session fee will be charged
